DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Tablet 10 mg
Tablet 25 mg

Starting Dosage is 10 mg daily (5 mg in the morning and 5 mg in the evening).
For maintenance, the usual total daily dosage is 20 to 75 mg (divided in twice daily doses).

With impaired renal function, the dosage should be decreased in amount and frequency.
